Withdraw from Contract

You can withdraw from your contract if you have a right of withdrawal. Please provide your order number and email address so we can identify your request.

Design services and digital content: To start before the withdrawal period ends, we ask for your express consent and acknowledgement. For services, the right of withdrawal expires only after full performance. For digital content, it may expire when performance begins, provided the legal requirements, including confirmation, have been met.

Note on physical products: Our physical products are made individually to your specifications. Custom-made goods generally do not carry a statutory right of withdrawal.

Is there a right to return goods?

JERSEYBOYS Products are generally custom-made after you place your order. Unlike ready-made stock, individually produced items cannot simply be resold after a return. These products therefore generally do not carry a statutory right of withdrawal or return.

When does an applicable withdrawal period begin?

If your order carries a statutory right of withdrawal, the fourteen-day withdrawal period for goods begins when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If several goods from one order are delivered separately, it begins on receipt of the last item; for goods delivered in several instalments or pieces, it begins on receipt of the last instalment or piece. This is subject to proper information about the right of withdrawal having been provided.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded, but not before proper information about the right of withdrawal has been provided. Statutory exclusions and any legally effective early expiry remain unaffected.

When does the statutory warranty period begin?

Claims for defects in new goods are generally subject to a limitation period of two years from delivery, meaning receipt of the goods. Special statutory provisions, particularly those suspending or extending the limitation period, remain unaffected.

This also applies to custom-made goods. An exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit your statutory rights in relation to defects.

Can I cancel my order before production starts?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered processing or production, we will check whether cancellation is still possible. Once custom production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

What does custom manufacturing mean?

Our items are made or customised to order. The product in your chosen specification is only created after you place your order. It is therefore not generic stock that we can simply put back on sale after a return.

Should I return my product straight away?

For a product complaint, please contact us first so we can agree on the next steps.

If you exercise an existing statutory right of withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Dispatching them before the deadline is sufficient. Do not wait for our response or approval. Details are set out in our withdrawal policy.

How long does processing take?

We process your request as quickly as possible. You will usually receive an email response within one working day.
