Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free to all available delivery countries for orders of €100 or more.

For orders below €100, the following shipping costs apply per order:

• Germany: €5.99
• Rest of the European Union (EU): €9.99
• Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Monaco and Singapore: €14.99

Production and delivery time

After payment is confirmed, your item is manufactured or decorated with the logos and artwork agreed for your team. The total delivery time shown for the item begins at payment confirmation and includes production and shipping. It applies to addresses in the European Union (EU), Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Monaco and Singapore.

Depending on the item, production takes an estimated 1–2 or 3–5 working days. Allow approximately 4 working days for subsequent shipping to these destinations. The total delivery time for your item is shown on its product page.

Allow additional time for any separately commissioned design development beforehand. Digital services have no shipping costs; their turnaround time is stated in the relevant offer.

What counts as a working day?

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the delivery destination.

Why might my order arrive in several parcels?

We sometimes ship from different locations. Some items, such as mugs, also need their own protective packaging. Your items may therefore arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

This does not incur additional shipping costs. The delivery time stated for each item continues to apply.

Information for deliveries outside the EU

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties, taxes or fees. These costs are payable by the recipient.
