01 Which files can we submit?
You can send your existing logo as a JPG, PNG, PDF or screenshot. The clearer the source, the more accurately we can recreate its shapes, colours and details.
02 What are the limitations of vectorisation?
Depending on the source file and production process, gradients, transparency, shadows, photographic elements and very fine details may need technical adjustments or simplification.
03 Will our logo be changed?
No. Vectorisation is not a redesign. The existing appearance, shapes and colours are generally preserved. We will discuss any necessary technical cleanup with you if required.
04 Is a redesign included?
No. The service covers the technical preparation of your existing logo. New artwork, changed shapes or a complete creative redesign are not included.
05 Which files will we receive?
Two focused revision rounds on the selected design are included. Major changes of direction or entirely new concepts may incur additional charges.
06 How long does vectorisation take?
You will usually receive the finished files within 1 to 2 working days after we receive a suitable source file and all the necessary information.
07 What happens with very complex or unclear logos?
If key details are missing, the source is too blurry or the work significantly exceeds standard vectorisation, we will contact you with an assessment before starting.
08 Which usage rights will we receive?
Vectorisation does not change ownership of the logo rights. You may use the prepared files to the extent that you already hold rights to the original logo.
09 What must we consider regarding rights to the original logo?
By placing an order, you confirm that you are entitled to use and modify the submitted logo. Jerseyboys does not transfer any additional rights to the original logo.
010 Can we then use the logo for print and production?
Yes, provided your existing rights to the original logo permit this use. The EPS file is prepared for scalable print and production applications.
